Hello! We are marching our way through the second month of the year. This is crazy! Didn't the new year just start? Anyways, I'm excited for the months to march on. Why? Because that means the upcoming trips I have planned will arrive sooner rather than later. I have so many trips planned for this year, I cannot wait for each month to come as I have something planned for almost every month! That also means that I'm very excited to share my travel experience with you. As well as the tips, personal experiences (good AND bad), and things I've learned along the way to help you plan and take your next trip! However, let's get into what I've got planned for this month! Travel Plans for FebruaryI'm super excited, because this is going to be the first trip I take in 2026. One of many, actually. The first trip I'm taking this year is a trip to IRELAND! That's right, Ireland! A small but beautiful country that's filled with culture, history, and amazing scenery. The last time I was here, it was back in 2015 when I studied abroad in London. It was only a weekend trip and it wasn't enough to truly explore this amazing country. After watching Sinners last year, there was a spark that ignited within me. That spark lit a fire within me that made me want to revisit Ireland. I had almost forgot how amazing Ireland is and I wanted to return, only for a longer period of time, to explore it. This time around though, I'll be going with my boyfriend. So it's not a solo trip. However, I'm happy he's going with me and will be part of the amazing experiences and exploration we're going to do. Travel Deals for FebruaryHere are some travel deals for the month of February from Daily Drop Pro! (these are ECONOMY, ROUND TRIP tickets): Economy International Flight Deals

If you're interested in getting the Daily Drop app, and don't mind paying a yearly rate for more deals, then click here! Not interested in getting the app? No problem! Google Flights has great deals on flights as well, and it's FREE! Freelance WorkThis is something I've been looking into the past couple of years. Though, I haven't been the best at committing to anything; only researching and looking at opportunities. Needless to say, I'd like to get into more freelance work! I love writing, especially about anything travel related. From my experience working with Only in Your State, I love creating travel videos for others as well! Finally, since I've been trying to work on my photography skills (travel and landscape), I've wanted to get into some photography freelance opportunities. I know about Upwork and Fiverr, and I know there's othe programs like Only in Your State that'll seek content creators to create video content in exchange for payment. However, I want to take my research seriously and start applying for gigs or reaching out to programs. I just have to take that next step! Travel Content GoalsAs for travel content, my goal this year is to create consistency and weekly goals that are realistic and attainable. That means, creating tasks that I can achieve in a week and creating a system to create content that I can consistently stick to. I know I've slacked a bit the past couple of years with creating content. However, I'm truly dedicated to creating consistent content across my social media platforms, YouTube channel, and blog! Which, if you're not following me, any support would be appreciated. My handles are @jojoscupofmocha. I also started a new photography page on Instagram! My handle is @jcmtravellens. I wanted to dedicate separate platforms and pages to showcasing my travel and landscape photography, and the stories behind each location. Hello! I hope you’ve been doing well and taking advantage of the summer! We had a bit of a heatwave where I live but this week the temperature has returned to normal. I haven’t been doing much other than working, getting things together for Kilimanjaro and Nigeria, and trying my best to look into freelancing, remote jobs, and travel UGC. This is going to be my last year at the organization I work for. Which means, I’m looking to transition into something new (after I’m back from Nigeria)....
Hello! It’s June my lovely friends! We are officially half way through the year now. It feels like time is truly flying 😭 I have something to tell you…I’m taking a break from travel for a bit. As a traveler, this is so sad but there’s a reason behind it. So let’s get into that. I’m taking a break… I had the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico in the beginning of April and I'm so happy I was able to do so! Then in May, I visited Las Vegas once again, only this time with my best friend. Lots of...
Hello! Sorry I missed you in April! I had traveled to Puerto Rico (we’ll talk about that in a minute) in the beginning of the month. After that, I returned home and hit the ground running by working over 12 days straight 😩. Needless to say, the first few weeks of April were very busy and I didn’t have the time, space, or energy to create a newsletter. So, I’m getting back into the swing of it before my next trip in May and setting up May’s newsletter. Now, let’s get into some travel updates,...
